Create a digital strategy that meets your EHSS needs

In our experience, Environmental, Health, Safety, and Sustainability (EHSS) challenges are more common than unique, and often rooted in:

  1. a lack of digital strategy that integrates the objectives of various stakeholders, (e.g., operations, EHS, corporate, IT, etc.), and
  2. a lack of management commitment supporting the strategy and associated tactics.

Creating a digital strategy will help you build buy-in from the top down while aligning the right tactics (e.g., technology, culture, training, KPIs) for your strategy.

Here's what our clients are saying:

Rivian
Arianna Howard, Sr. Manager, EHS Data & Systems

Huco, A Montrose Company assisted Rivian in a successful end-to-end journey for an EMIS transition. We first conducted a health check that covered both qualitative and quantitative measures that helped us identify gaps in our existing EMIS. We were then able to utilize this information to facilitate productive discussions with the vendor on identified gaps and in parallel, initiate a streamlined selection project to Tier 1 and Tier 2 vendors with Huco’s help. While that process was ongoing, we were able to further assess and build out a system agnostic systems and strategy roadmap that would set us up for the coming changes, regardless of our vendor decision. This process took the better part of a year, but each step culminated to what ultimately ended up as approval from all levels of leadership, IT, Finance and Procurement to switch to a system that better fit our needs. Huco was extremely impactful in the entire process given their levels of expertise and years of experience. Huco is now assisting in our implementation project, and we are excited to continue our partnership with them for years to come.

Ledcor Industries Inc.
Larry Jones, VP of HS&E

As a diversified construction company, we must balance consistent HS&E process execution with flexibility for our business units to work within their unique operating realities. Huco, A Montrose Company was able to quickly interpret our requirements and support us with an evaluation for a tier 1 EMIS. The team facilitated thought-provoking discussions related to solution scope, minimum viable product, reporting & analytics, and implementation considerations. Their inputs, including in-depth knowledge of the solutions market, enabled us to complete a detailed selection process and develop a comprehensive business case, both well-received by site-level HS&E professionals and executive leadership.
